At Hartville CrossFit, our focus is on increasing your fitness level, no matter where you are starting from.  Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a beginning one, each of our workouts are scale - able and designed to push your fitness to the next level. 
Our dedicated team will teach you the CrossFit movements, but also encourage you to achieve you fitness goals.  We believe everyone can achieve fitness and encourages adapted athletes to participate in our programs.  We have extensive training for athletes with physical and developmental disabilities.
